In fall, our honeybees collect nectar from a variety of Mount Hermon flora species to produce mountain honey. Being one of the most ecological honey types, mountain honey is a perfect remedy for stress, endocrine and nervous system disorders, cardiovascular diseases, and thyroid malfunctioning.
